imageThank you for visiting my site. I am a qualified karuna yoga teacher. I trained with Ruth White in 2002 for 2 years . The style of yoga I teach was originally inspired by the work of B.K.S Iyengar. It is an approach to the yoga practice with emphasis on alignment of the spine and balance, strength and flexibility of the mind and body. Originally a holistic practitioner for twenty years, I have developed a therapeutic approach to my yoga teaching. My main goal is to give my students a more positive and healthy outlook on life and to adopt a less stressful state of mind, body and spirit.
